Possible space in repurposed school in Central District

We're on the list of interested parties for this space. Not committed to anything now obviously. Mike said they're looking to sign a lease "mid summer" and move in tenants "as quickly as possible after some repairs have been done to the building." We need more info:
- how much square footage we could get
- what the building's like (especially how it would fare as an archive space)
- whether the wiring is adequate for computers and a copier (hopefully)
- what's the RENT

And so on. We will discuss this at the June 15 meeting, we should have more info be then I think.
